At Just Geek Store, we stand behind our products like Captain America stands for justice. If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’ve got your back! You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned?
Most of our awesome collectibles are returnable, including:
- Action Figures & Figurines (in original packaging)
- Board & Card Games (unopened)
- Apparel & Bags (with tags attached)
- Books (unread condition)
- And all your other favorite geek gear!
⚠️ Items We Can’t Accept Returns On:
Some items are as final as Thanos’s snap (but way less devastating):
- Opened CosCups (for hygiene reasons – we can’t risk contaminating your next gaming session!)
- Used Charging Matz (once they’ve powered up your devices, they’re yours to keep)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items without original packaging or tags
The Return/Exchange Process – Your Quest Guide
Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Level 1)
Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order. Send us:

- Which items you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Photos if there’s damage or defects
Step 2: Get Your Return Authorization (Level 2)
We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Don’t ship anything back without this – it’s like trying to enter the Batcave without the coordinates!
Step 3: Pack and Ship (The Final Boss)
Pack your items securely in the original packaging (think Fort Knox-level protection for your collectibles). Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
Step 4: Send It Back

📦 Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – losing a return package hurts more than getting eliminated in Apex Legends!
