1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JustGeekShop.com, you’re agreeing to these terms faster than Flash can run a mile. If you don’t agree with anything here, please don’t use our site – we’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand not everyone speaks our geek language!

2.1 What We Sell

We specialize in awesome collectibles including:

• 🎭 Action Figures & Figurines (mint condition only!)
• 🎲 Board & Card Games (unopened to preserve the mystery)
• 👕 Apparel & Bags (fresh with all tags attached)
• 📚 Books and other literary treasures
• And much more from your favorite franchises!

2.2 Product Availability

Sometimes items sell out faster than tickets to Comic-Con! All products are subject to availability. If something goes out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you faster than Batman responds to the Bat-Signal.

2.3 Product Descriptions

We describe our products with the accuracy of a master archivist, but occasionally there might be slight variations. Colors might look different on various screens – your monitor isn’t playing tricks on you!

3. The Shopping Quest – Orders & Payments

3.1 How to Order

Adding items to your cart is easier than leveling up in your favorite RPG! Just browse, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide accurate shipping information – we can’t deliver to Wayne Manor if you give us Avengers Tower’s address!

3.2 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email faster than Iron Man can suit up. This means we’ve received your order, but it’s not quite ready to ship yet.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• PayPal

All payments are processed securely – we protect your data better than S.H.I.E.L.D. protects classified information!

3.4 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. While we try to be as accurate as Hawkeye with his aim, occasionally there might be pricing errors. If we find one, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

4. The Delivery Mission – Shipping

4.1 Processing Time

Our team processes orders with Jedi-like precision:

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Orders before 2 PM MST processed same day when possible
• Weekend orders processed next business day

4.2 Shipping Options

Choose your delivery speed:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipping – perfect when you need your gear ASAP!
• Free Shipping: EMS, 15-25 business days after shipping, minimum $50 order – for patient collectors building their ultimate geek shrine!

4.3 Shipping Areas

We currently don’t ship to some remote areas and certain Asian countries. It’s like the Bermuda Triangle for packages – we want your gear to arrive safely!

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your package takes longer than the runtime of all Lord of the Rings extended editions, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll track it down like Nancy Drew solving a mystery!

5. The Return Protocol

5.1 Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from receiving your order to initiate returns. Contact us within this period to start your return quest!

5.2 What Can Be Returned

Most items in proper condition can be returned:

• Action Figures & Figurines (in original packaging – mint condition!)
• Board & Card Games (unopened)
• Apparel & Bags (with all tags attached)
• Books (in unread condition – no spoilers!)

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are as final as Thanos’s snap (but way less devastating!):

• Opened CosCups (for hygiene reasons)
• Used Charging Matz
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Items without original packaging or tags

5.4 The Return Process

Follow these steps like you’re completing an epic quest:

1. Initiate Your Return: Contact support within 15 days with your order details
2. Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number
3. Pack and Ship: Use original packaging with Fort Knox-level protection
4. Send to: Just Geek Store, 8300 Dover Way, Arvada, CO 80005 USA

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. Use trackable shipping – losing a return package hurts more than getting eliminated in Apex Legends!

5.6 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (with archaeologist-level care):

• Processing: 3-5 business days
• Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

Keep your login details safer than the Arc Reactor blueprints! You’re responsible for all activities under your account.

6.2 Accurate Information

Provide correct shipping and payment information. Wrong addresses can lead to delivery delays longer than the wait between Game of Thrones seasons!

6.3 Legal Use

Use our site for lawful purposes only. No hacking, scamming, or other villainous activities!

7. Our Intellectual Property

All content on our site – images, text, logos – are protected like the Sanctum Sanctorum. You can browse and shop, but no copying or reproducing without our permission.

We’re fans like you, and we respect intellectual property rights. Our products are officially licensed when available, but some may be inspired creations from independent artists.

8. Liability Limitations

Our collectibles are for display and enjoyment. We’re not responsible if you try to use a Captain America shield for actual crime-fighting!

8.2 Website Availability

We try to keep our site running smoother than Spider-Man swinging through Manhattan, but occasional downtime might happen for maintenance or technical issues.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you shall never exceed the amount you paid for your order. We stand behind our products, but we’re a small business of geeks, not a multinational corporation!

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll post changes on our site – continued use means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated faster than news spreads in the Star Wars cantina!
